Tournament Format:
This is an invitational event for Seniors Division members only. This event WILL NOT count towards your aggregate standings.
The event was proposed by Fraser Hambly, to have a Doubles Tournament for Seniors aged 50 and older and to encourage players aged 60 and over to participate.
TEAM MEMBERS consist of two (2) players over age 50. At least one member of the team MUST be a registered member of the Master Bowlers Association of Ontario while the other player can be a Non-Member.
Players will compete in a Doubles Format with one (1) player declaring they will bowl Scratch while the 2nd player bowls as a POA player using their current MBAO average. Non-Members must submit an average sheet if they are playing as the POA member of the team by Feb 8, 2025. Averages will be taken as of January 31st, 2024.
Teams will play a five (5) game block where scores will be totaled using the Scratch players score then adding the Plus or Minus of the POA players score. Winners will be declared as the top team after the five (5) games.
